RETURN POLICY
Products for sale are photographed and described as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen differences, lighting, and printing variations. If you wish to view more images and/or videos of the product before making a purchase, please get in touch. You are also welcome to visit the studio in Cambridge to see your artwork in person prior to a purchase.
Original Artwork
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, returns are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged or significantly not as described. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please get in touch and Rachel will try to make things right for you.
Prints & Stationery
Prints and stationery may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused

The item is in original condition

The customer pays return shipping
Refunds will be issued once the item is received. To request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, contact rachelmerrickart@gmail.com
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within the UK is included. Products are usually shipped with Royal Mail. If you are not located in the UK and you are interested in an artwork, then please get in touch.
FRAMING AND MOUNT INFO
Acrylic frames are included with your purchase of Rachel's paper artworks, such as watercolor paintings. Paper artworks are mounted in a white mount unless otherwise specified and depicted. Product dimensions are given of size of the artwork with the included mount.
Small acrylic and oil paintings come with a frame, but not large ones. Please look at the individual artwork description to see if the frame is included with your purchase.
If you have a particular frame you have in mind and you want the painting to fit this frame size, please get in touch and Rachel can arrange for the painting in a bespoke mount to fit your frame. She can also create custom artworks to fit in your frame.
Cards are not mounted.
