RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please get in touch and Rachel will try to make things right for you. Products for sale are photographed and described as accurately as possible. If you wish to view more images and/or videos of the product before making a purchase, please get in touch. You are also welcome to visit the studio in Cambridge to see your artwork in person prior to a purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within the UK is included. Products are shipped with Royal Mail (tracked). International shipping for artworks will incur a shipping fee, and you may be responsible for your country’s art import custom duties upon the point of delivery. Please get in touch for an estimated shipping price for larger outworks or if you are outside the UK or the EU.

The shipping policy is regularly being revised in accordance with changing global tariffs.
FRAMING AND MOUNT INFO
Acrylic frames are included with your purchase of Rachel's fine art paper artworks. ​Paper artworks are mounted in a white mount unless otherwise specified and depicted. Product dimensions are given of size of the artwork with the included mount.

​If you have a particular frame you have in mind and you want the painting mounted to fit this frame size, please get in touch and Rachel can arrange for the painting in a bespoke mount to fit your frame.
Cards are not mounted.
